Cape Fox Mountain Point, LLC is seeking an experienced Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Manager to work within the onsite work organization who is responsible for overall management of CQC and has the authority to act in all CQC matters for Cape Fox. The CQC is responsible for the supervision of Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records; supports the Project Manager with all Quality Control matters, assesses the implementation of the Quality Control Plan on the site including oversight of procedures for scheduling, reviewing, certifying and managing submittals; control, verification and acceptance of testing procedures; control phase procedures, deficiency tracking and verification. The Quality Control Manager is responsible for reviewing and certifying that submittals are in compliance with the contract requirements and is the only authorized personnel to approve submittals.
The CQC System Manager must be on the site at all times during construction and be employed by the prime Contractor, Cape Fox. The CQC System Manager may be dual hatted as the submittal clerk, and shall be fully qualified for both positions and capable of fully executing the duties of both positions, as required by the contract. Cape Fox must identify in the plan an alternate to serve in the event of the CQC System Manager's absence. The requirements for the alternate are the same as the CQC System Manager.
Job Requirements
The CQC System Manager must be a graduate of construction management, with a minimum of five years construction quality control experience on construction similar to this contract, or a person with a minimum of 15 years construction experience, of which a minimum of five years’ experience must be in construction quality control on construction similar to this contract. Must have COE work experience, competent in working with RMS.

- Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, RMS and Outlook
In addition to the above experience and education requirements, the CQC System Manager must complete the course entitled "Construction Quality Management for Contractors" within 90 days of employment.
